Here's the simple version. The product you asked about, Tylosterone, contains methyltestosterone, which is itself an androgen (a male-type hormone). Androsterone is also a weak androgen. So you'd essentially be stacking two hormones that pull on the same receptors. Rather than one canceling the other, they can add together and push androgen effects higher.
In real life that may mean more of the usual androgen side effects: oily skin and acne, scalp hair thinning, shifts in sex drive, mood changes, and over time disruption of your natural hormone balance.
