Here's the simple version: methyltestosterone (the buccal tablets you dissolve against your cheek or gum) is itself a man-made androgen, very much like testosterone. Androsterone is also an androgen and works on the same receptors. So putting the two together is basically stacking two hormones that pull in the same direction. The likely result is more androgen effect overall, not a cancelling out.
In practice that can mean a higher chance of the usual androgen side effects: oily skin and acne, scalp hair thinning, shifts in sex drive, mood changes, and a thrown-off natural hormone balance. The evidence here is on the weaker side and rated minor, but keep in mind androsterone is a banned, unregulated steroid I'd steer you away from entirely.
