Here's the simple version. Rauzide combines bendroflumethiazide, a thiazide water pill, with rauwolfia. One thing thiazide diuretics are known for is making your skin more sensitive to the sun, so you can sunburn faster or break out in a rash more easily. Some goosefoot-family plants like arrach may do the same kind of thing, so the worry is that stacking them together could add up and leave your skin extra reactive in sunlight.

This is a theoretical concern only, based on how these plants behave, not on solid human studies. Still, if you do use arrach, be smart about sun protection: hats, shade, and sunscreen. And honestly, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting any herbal product like this.
