Buproprion, Dextromethorphan falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Artichoke interacts with.

Theoretically, artichoke might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2B6.
In vitro research shows that artichoke leaf extract inhibits CYP2B6 activity. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Auvelity combines bupropion and dextromethorphan, and the bupropion piece is handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2B6. In a lab dish, artichoke leaf extract has been shown to slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened in real life, your body might clear bupropion a little more slowly, letting levels drift upward. With more bupropion around, you could in theory notice more of its usual effects, things like trouble sleeping, a dry mouth, feeling jittery or restless, headache, or a faster heartbeat.

Here is the reassuring part: this is only a test-tube finding and has never actually been reported in people taking the two together. I would not lose sleep over it, but it is worth a quick mention to your pharmacist or doctor before adding artichoke, especially as a concentrated extract.
