Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Danaparoid
Danaparoid falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Black Pepper interacts with.
In vitro research shows that piperine, a constituent of black pepper, seems to inhibit platelet aggregation. This has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Danaparoid (Orgaran) is a blood thinner given by injection to help prevent clots, often in people who can't use heparin. It already increases your bleeding risk on its own. The concern here is that black pepper's active compound, piperine, might make platelets a little less sticky, so pairing the two could in theory add up to more bleeding, things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that's slow to stop.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes only from lab studies, and nothing like it has actually been seen in people. The sprinkle of pepper on your dinner is no worry at all. If you're thinking about a concentrated piperine or turmeric-with-pepper supplement while on danaparoid, just run it by your doctor or pharmacist first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Danaparoid page
“Danshen, a Chinese herb sold for heart and circulation, is where I would start with danaparoid (Orgaran), an injectable blood thinner used to prevent and treat dangerous clots. Nearly everything here, 202 of the 218 ingredients on file, carries some blood-thinning or antiplatelet activity of its own, and stacking that on top of an anti…”

About Black Pepper
What is Black Pepper?
- Flavoring and culinary use
- Digestive complaints like bloating and indigestion
- Boosting absorption of other supplements
- Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support
- Cold and congestion remedies
Black pepper is a common kitchen spice that is generally safe in the amounts used in food. Its extract, piperine, is mostly added to supplements to help the body absorb other ingredients (like curcumin from turmeric). Strong human evidence for black pepper treating specific health conditions is limited, so use supplement-strength products with care and check with your pharmacist.

Danaparoid Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Danaparoid as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Black Pepper — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
