Lesinurad, Allopurinol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Black Seed interacts with.

Theoretically, black seed might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.
In vitro research suggests that thymoquinone, a constituent of black seed, can decrease the metabolism of phenytoin by a mechanism possibly related to the inhibition of CYP2C9. The effect of black seed on CYP2C9 is unclear. This has not been shown in humans.

Here's the gist for Duzallo, which combines lesinurad and allopurinol for gout. The lesinurad part is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. There's a thought that black seed (specifically its active compound, thymoquinone) might slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened, lesinurad could build up slightly and lead to more of its known concerns, mainly stress on the kidneys, since lesinurad already carries a kidney warning.

But here's the important part: this is only a theory based on lab dishes, not on real people. We have no human evidence that black seed actually changes lesinurad or allopurinol levels. Food-amount black seed in cooking is very unlikely to matter. If you take concentrated black seed capsules, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your kidney labs.
