Stanozolol falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Boldo interacts with.

Theoretically, taking boldo with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of hepatic injury and disease.
Boldo leaf contains ascaridole, a known liver toxin. Many cases of hepatotoxicity, including elevated liver transaminase levels and jaundice, have been reported in patients taking boldo.

Here's the concern with pairing Boldo and Stanozolol. This isn't about one speeding up or slowing down the other. It's about both being hard on the same organ, your liver. Stanozolol is an oral anabolic steroid, and like other 17-alpha-alkylated steroids, it's well known for stressing the liver and sometimes causing jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), dark urine, or rising liver enzymes on bloodwork.

Boldo leaf contains ascaridole, a substance that can also be toxic to the liver. So stacking the two could, in theory, add up to a higher chance of liver injury. To be fair, this is based on scattered case reports rather than strong studies, so it's a caution, not a guarantee. Still, I'd run it past your doctor or pharmacist first, especially since liver monitoring already matters with stanozolol.

Boldo is a South American shrub whose leaves are traditionally used for digestive and gallbladder complaints, but good human evidence is very limited.
