Glyburide, Metformin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Brickellia interacts with.

Preliminary research in animal models shows that brickellia and its constituents have hypoglycemic effects. Theoretically, taking brickellia with drugs that decrease blood glucose levels might increase the risk of hypoglycemia. Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.

Glucovance combines glyburide and metformin, two medicines that already lower your blood sugar. Brickellia tea may have its own mild blood-sugar-lowering effect. Stack them together and the concern is simple addition: your sugar could drop lower than intended. Glyburide is the bigger worry here, since it can cause real low-sugar episodes (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion, or a racing heart) on its own.

That said, the evidence for this is weak. It comes only from lab and animal studies, not from people, so we can't say how strong the effect really is. I wouldn't panic, but I would mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them, and keep an eye on your readings if you do.
