Here's the concern with pairing chaparral and Renflexis (infliximab-abda). This isn't about one changing the other's blood levels. Instead, it's about both being hard on the liver. Infliximab-abda can occasionally cause liver inflammation or, rarely, more serious liver injury, which is why doctors sometimes check liver enzymes during treatment. Chaparral has been linked to real, sometimes lasting liver and kidney damage, enough that the FDA warned against it.

Put them together and you may be stacking two liver stressors, which could raise your risk of problems like fatigue, nausea, yellowing skin, or dark urine. This is mostly a theoretical, based-on-reports concern, but given chaparral's track record, I'd steer clear of it and talk with your doctor or pharmacist first.
