Renflexis (infliximab-abda) is a biologic that calms down an overactive immune system, which is exactly how it helps with conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Here's the concern with alfalfa: it may gently rev the immune system back up. If alfalfa pushes in one direction while your medicine is trying to pull in the other, it could, in theory, work against your treatment and let symptoms like joint pain, gut flare-ups, or inflammation creep back.

I want to be honest about the evidence here. This is a theoretical concern based on lab studies and a few case reports, not strong human data. Still, because infliximab is serious medicine for serious conditions, I'd skip alfalfa supplements and just check in with your doctor or pharmacist first.
