Celiprolol is a beta-blocker that's used to bring blood pressure down. Kinkeliba (Combretum micranthum) tea has been shown in some early research to lower blood pressure on its own. So the concern here is simple: if you drink this tea while taking celiprolol, the two could add together and push your blood pressure a little too low.

If that happens, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, unusually tired, or even faint, especially when standing up quickly. Keep in mind this interaction is mostly theoretical and based on limited evidence, so it isn't a sure thing. An occasional cup of tea is less likely to matter than concentrated supplement doses. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them, and check your blood pressure if you do.
