    “There is a case of cholestatic jaundice with elevated liver enzymes, dark urine, clay stools, and pruritus in a 26-year-old male, likely related to the use of a product (Super DMZ Rx 2.0) containing methylstenbolone 10 mg and dymethazine 10 mg per capsule. The product was used at manufacturer-recommended doses of two capsules daily for up to one month. Liver enzyme levels gradually decreased after discontinuation.”

When used orally. Anabolic androgenic steroids can disrupt the body's hormonal balance and cause various adverse effects including reduced fertility, hair loss, acne, and behavioral changes. Anabolic androgenic steroid use has also been associated with hepatotoxicity and increased risk for heart disease. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory agencies warn that dietary supplements containing anabolic steroids are dangerous. Avoid using.
