No Known Interaction
The bottom line No known interaction

We found no known interaction between Dymethazine and Glipizide in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Dymethazine and Glipizide

We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.

No Known Interaction Found

We did not find a documented interaction between Glipizide and Dymethazine in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.

Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Dymethazine at all — not against Glipizide, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.

If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.

Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

What to actually watch for

What Dymethazine Itself Has Been Linked To

This is not an interaction — nothing below involves Glipizide. It is the side-effect record for Dymethazine on its own, from the licensed Natural Medicines monograph. If something new turns up after you add Dymethazine, this list is the first place to look. 3 entries are worth acting on rather than waiting out — marked below.

  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes Worth acting on Additional detail

“There is a case of cholestatic jaundice with elevated liver enzymes, dark urine, clay stools, and pruritus in a 26-year-old male, likely related to the use of a product (Super DMZ Rx 2.0) containing methylstenbolone 10 mg and dymethazine 10 mg per capsule. The product was used at manufacturer-recommended doses of two capsules daily for up to one month. Liver enzyme levels gradually decreased after discontinuation.”

  • Kidney problems Worth acting on Additional detail

“Orally, dymethazine is possibly unsafe. As an anabolic androgenic steroid, there is concern that it might cause serious side effects including stroke, kidney failure, and liver injury.”

  • Liver problems Worth acting on Additional detail

Recorded for Dymethazine in the same Natural Medicines adverse-effect record shown under Kidney problems above.

  • Itching Additional detail

Recorded for Dymethazine in the same Natural Medicines adverse-effect record shown under Yellowing of the skin or eyes above.

Everything above comes from the Natural Medicines adverse-effect record for Dymethazine — expand a row for the licensed statement it rests on. We read the ADVERSE REACTIONS section of Glipizide’s FDA label too, and the two lists don’t meaningfully overlap — which is why no Glipizide column appears here.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Glipizide page

“Glipizide (Glucotrol, Glucotrol XL) lowers blood sugar by prompting the pancreas to release more insulin, and that same power is why I read its supplement list with real seriousness. Of the 307 ingredients on file, 239 also act on blood glucose, so stacking them can drive sugar dangerously low.”

Dymethazine: dosing

There is no established or recommended safe dose for Dymethazine, because it is not an approved medicine or a legitimate dietary supplement. We do not provide dosing for it.Because it is an anabolic steroid with real health risks, the safest amount is none.
