Here's the gist for your Dexedrine. There's a theory that breathing in eucalyptol (the main compound in eucalyptus oil) might speed up how your body handles amphetamines, which could lower the amount of dextroamphetamine in your blood. If that happened, you might notice your medication feeling a little weaker, with less focus or symptom control than usual.

I want to be straight with you though: this is based only on animal and lab studies, not real people, so the evidence is quite thin. Normal use of a vapor rub or lozenge for a cold is unlikely to cause a noticeable problem. If you use eucalyptus often and feel your medication isn't working as well, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.
