Corzide combines two blood pressure medicines: bendroflumethiazide (a water pill) and nadolol (a beta blocker). Here's the concern with guar gum. Because this fiber turns into a thick gel in your gut, it can grab onto a medication and slow or lessen how much of it your body absorbs. If less of your Corzide gets in, you might not get the full benefit, meaning your blood pressure or heart rate could creep back up.

The evidence here is moderate and comes mostly from other drugs like metformin, so this isn't a sure thing. An easy fix is timing: take your Corzide first, then wait about 30 to 60 minutes before your guar gum. Food amounts of fiber usually aren't a problem, but concentrated supplements are. Check with your pharmacist before pairing them.
