Here's the thing with guar gum and your muscle relaxer, chlorzoxazone. Guar gum is a thick, gel-forming fiber, and when you swallow it, it can trap and slow down other pills sitting in your stomach and gut. The concern here is absorption: the gel may keep some of your chlorzoxazone from soaking into your bloodstream, so you might get a bit less relief from that muscle pain and stiffness than you expected.

This isn't a dangerous reaction, just a possible drop in how well the medicine works. An easy fix is timing. Taking your chlorzoxazone first, then waiting 30 to 60 minutes before your guar gum, helps sidestep the problem. Food amounts of guar are unlikely to matter much, but concentrated fiber supplements are worth spacing out. Run your routine by your pharmacist to be sure.
