Ezetimibe, Atorvastatin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Guggul interacts with.

Theoretically, guggul might reduce the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that guggul constituents known as guggulsterones can induce CYP3A4.

Liptruzet combines two cholesterol medicines, and the atorvastatin part is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab studies suggest the active compounds in guggul (guggulsterones) may speed that enzyme up. If that happened in real life, your body could break atorvastatin down faster, leaving a bit less of it to do its job. The end result might be that your LDL cholesterol isn't lowered as well as expected.

Here's the honest part: this is based only on test-tube and animal research, not on people taking both together, so it's more of a theoretical concern than a proven problem. Since you'd be using guggul for cholesterol too, it makes sense to check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your cholesterol numbers rather than changing anything on your own.
