Your medicine pairs aspirin, which already keeps your platelets from clumping into clots, with omeprazole, which protects your stomach from the irritation aspirin can cause. Here's the concern with honeysuckle: in lab dish studies, the plant compounds in honeysuckle also slowed platelets from sticking together. Stacked on top of aspirin, that could in theory nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

I want to be honest about the evidence though, this comes only from test-tube research, not from people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. A casual cup of honeysuckle tea is unlikely to matter much. Concentrated extracts are the bigger question mark. Watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
