Here's the gist with these two together. Both kudzu and Trilisate (choline magnesium trisalicylate) can, in theory, put a little extra stress on your liver. Salicylates like this one are processed by the liver, and there's some concern that kudzu may not be entirely gentle on it either. The worry is that stacking them could add up and make liver irritation slightly more likely.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on how each works, not something proven in studies. For most people it's unlikely to cause trouble, but watch for signs like unusual tiredness, belly pain on the right side, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes. If you regularly drink alcohol or already have liver issues, this matters more. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
