Theoretically, lemongrass might decrease the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

Maribavir (Livtencity) is the antiviral you take to fight CMV infection, and your body partly clears it using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lemongrass and its lemony compound citral have, in lab and animal studies, slowed that same enzyme down. In theory, that could mean your body breaks down maribavir a little less, letting more of it linger in your system. That might nudge up common maribavir side effects like an altered or metallic taste, nausea, tiredness, or diarrhea.

Here's the honest part: this is theoretical and comes from animal and test-tube research, not human studies. A splash of lemongrass in cooking or an occasional cup of tea is unlikely to matter. Concentrated capsules or the essential oil are a different story, so check with your pharmacist or doctor before using those.
