Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Tiagabine
Tiagabine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Lemongrass interacts with.
Animal research shows that lemongrass and its constituent citral inhibit CYP3A4.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Your body uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear tiagabine (Gabitril) out of your system. The thinking here is that lemongrass, mainly through its citral, may slow that enzyme down. If it does, tiagabine could linger and build up a bit, which can nudge up its usual side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, trouble concentrating, weakness, or feeling shaky.
Here's the important part: this concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not from people, so it's quite theoretical. The lemongrass in a cup of tea or your cooking is very unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated supplements or the essential oil are a different story. Since tiagabine is a seizure medicine, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding any lemongrass product.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Tiagabine page
“Anyone taking tiagabine (Gabitril) for seizures should treat its supplement interactions with real vigilance. The drug is cleared by the liver enzyme CYP3A4, so grapefruit can push its blood level up while St.”
