HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Dextromethorphan, Pseudoephedrine
Acetaminophen, Dextromethorphan, Pseudoephedrine falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ligandrol interacts with.
In case reports, patients were diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing ligandrol.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with this combo cold and flu product: the acetaminophen piece (the Tylenol part) is processed by your liver, and in high or frequent doses it can stress liver cells. Ligandrol has its own track record of liver trouble, with real case reports of people developing liver injury after using products that contained it. Stacking the two together could, in theory, add up to more strain on your liver than either alone.
To be honest, this is based on scattered case reports and theory, not strong studies, so I don't want to scare you. Still, watch for signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, or pain in your upper right belly. Honestly, I'd skip the ligandrol entirely (it isn't an approved supplement), but please run this by your pharmacist or doctor first.
