Dr. Brian Staiger, PharmD, BCPS
Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the thing to know about pairing Ligandrol with Robaxacet (acetaminophen plus methocarbamol). The acetaminophen part is processed by your liver, and in larger or frequent doses it can be tough on liver cells. Ligandrol has been tied to liver injury in real-world case reports. So the worry isn't that one changes how the other works in your blood. It's that both can stress the liver at the same time, and that strain may add up.

I'll be honest, this is based on a handful of anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so it's more of a caution than a proven danger. Still, watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, I'd steer clear of Ligandrol altogether since it isn't an approved supplement, but please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
