Dr. Brian Staiger, PharmD, BCPS
Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the concern with combining Ligandrol and this medication. Darvocet pairs acetaminophen (Tylenol) with propoxyphene, and acetaminophen is already known to stress the liver, especially at higher doses. Ligandrol has been linked in case reports to liver injury too. Put the two together and you may be adding one liver stressor on top of another, which could raise your risk of problems like nausea, fatigue, belly pain on the right side, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.

To be fair, the evidence here is mostly anecdotal, so this is more of a caution than a proven danger. Still, Ligandrol is an unapproved SARM I would steer clear of entirely. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.

Ligandrol (LGD-4033) is a synthetic selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), not a natural herb or approved dietary supplement. It is not approved for human use, is banned in sports, and has been linked to liver injury and hormonal disruption, so it should not be taken as a supplement.
