Anidulafungin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ligandrol interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.

Here's the concern with pairing Ligandrol (LGD-4033) and anidulafungin (Eraxis): both can be hard on your liver. Anidulafungin is an IV antifungal that occasionally causes raised liver enzymes or, rarely, liver injury. Ligandrol, which is an unapproved SARM, has its own case reports of causing liver damage. Stacking two liver stressors together could, in theory, add up to more strain than either alone.

To be honest, this is mostly a theoretical worry backed by scattered case reports, not strong studies. Still, since Ligandrol isn't an approved supplement and has been tied to real liver harm, I'd steer clear of it, especially while you're on an antifungal. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them, and watch for yellowing skin, dark urine, or belly pain.
