Here's the concern with pairing these two. Ligandrol (LGD-4033) is a SARM that isn't approved for human use, and it has been tied to liver injury in real case reports. Aprocitentan (Tryvio), which lowers blood pressure, can also stress the liver on its own. Putting two things that can burden the liver together may add up, and that's the worry here.

This isn't about one drug changing how the other is broken down. It's simply a possible additive strain on your liver. Watch for signs like unusual tiredness, nausea, right-side belly pain, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Honestly, my bigger message is that Ligandrol carries real risks and isn't a safe supplement. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your Tryvio.

Tryvio (aprocitentan) is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) in adults. It is always used together with other blood pressure medicines — not as a stand-alone treatment — and is specifically for people whose blood pressure remains too high despite being on other drugs.

Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of serious cardiovascular events such as strokes and heart attacks. Tryvio is not a first-choice blood pressure medicine; it is intended for patients with hard-to-control high blood pressure who need an additional option.
