At least one FDA label for a product containing Eluxadoline says to take it with food. If you take Ligandrol on an empty stomach out of habit, keep them separate — and take Eluxadoline with a meal where the label says to.

Viberzi (eluxadoline) is approved for adults with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) — a condition that causes chronic abdominal pain, cramping, and frequent loose stools.
