Here's the thing to know about this pairing: it's really about lime oil on your skin, not the lime juice in your drink. Certain lime compounds (like those in concentrated lime essential oil) can make skin more sensitive to sunlight, and Tuzistra XR is grouped with medicines that may do the same. Put them together and you could, in theory, sunburn more easily or get a rash on sun-exposed skin.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes only from lab and animal studies, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Eating limes or having a slice in your food won't do this. If you use concentrated lime oil on your skin, just rinse it off and use sunscreen, and ask your pharmacist if you're unsure.

Here's the thing to understand about Tuzistra XR: the codeine part is a prodrug, meaning your body has to convert it into morphine before it does much. That conversion mainly runs through a different enzyme (CYP2D6), while CYP3A4 helps break codeine down into inactive pieces. The lab signal here is that lime phenolics may slow down CYP3A4. If that happens, a bit more codeine could be left to turn into morphine, which can mean stronger sedation, more drowsiness, constipation, and in larger amounts, slower breathing. The chlorpheniramine side can add to that drowsiness too.
I'll be honest, though, this is weak evidence (only animal data) and it took high doses of lime juice. A squeeze of lime on your food almost certainly won't matter. Still, since codeine carries real breathing risks, it's worth a quick word with your pharmacist before using concentrated lime products.
