Benactyzine, Meprobamate falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Magnolia interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of large doses of magnolia bark and CNS depressants might have additive effects.
In vitro and animal research shows that constituents extracted from magnolia bark, especially honokiol and magnolol, have sedative effects. These effects may be due to the inhibition of catecholamine release and modulation of gamma-aminobutyric acid-A (GABA-A) receptors.

Deprol combines meprobamate (a sedative) with benactyzine, so it already has a calming, drowsy effect built in. Magnolia bark contains compounds (honokiol and magnolol) that appear to nudge the same calming brain pathways, especially GABA. Put simply, stacking the two could pile sedation on top of sedation. You might feel extra sleepy, foggy, dizzy, or slow to react, and that can make driving or other focused tasks riskier.

Here's the honest part: this concern comes from lab and animal studies, not human trials, and it mainly applies to concentrated magnolia supplements rather than tiny amounts. Still, I'd run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, rather than starting or stopping anything on your own.
