Here's the honest part: this is a theoretical concern. Human studies haven't actually shown N-methyltyramine to be a meaningful stimulant, and lab data is shaky. Still, since it shows up in pre-workout and weight-loss products, watch for things like a racing heart, jitteriness, or feeling wired. If you're already on Azstarys, please run any such supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
