Here's the thing to keep in mind: Phenprocoumon (Liquamar) is already a powerful blood thinner, working much like warfarin to slow your body's clotting. Nattokinase has its own mild clot-dissolving and blood-thinning action, so stacking the two together could push your blood toward thinning too much. That raises your chance of bleeding problems, anything from easy bruising and nosebleeds to more serious events.

Now, the evidence here is on the weaker side (mostly lab and animal data, plus a single case report with a different blood thinner), so this isn't a guaranteed problem. But because phenprocoumon has such a narrow safety window, even small shifts matter. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor first so they can guide you and check your levels if needed.
