Aspirin, Dipyridamole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Oregon Grape interacts with.

Theoretically, Oregon grape might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro and in vivo research suggests that berberine, a constituent of Oregon grape, can inhibit platelet aggregation.

Aggrenox already combines two blood thinners (aspirin and dipyridamole) that work to keep platelets from clumping and forming clots. Oregon grape contains berberine, and in lab and animal studies that compound also appears to slow platelet activity. Stack the two together and, at least in theory, you may get a little more of a blood-thinning effect than you bargained for.

What that could look like in real life: easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that are slower to stop. I'll be honest, this is based on early test-tube and animal research, not on people taking these together, so the risk is more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, since you're already on a clot-preventing medicine, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Oregon grape.
