Finasteride, Tadalafil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Peony interacts with.

Theoretically, use of peony may increase the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that peony suppresses the metabolism of clozapine via weak-to-moderate inhibitory effects on CYP1A2 and CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Entadfi combines two medicines, and the tadalafil part is the one to keep an eye on here. Tadalafil is broken down by an enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab and animal studies, peony seems to weakly slow that same enzyme down, which could let tadalafil build up a bit more than usual. If that happened, you might notice stronger tadalafil side effects like headache, flushing, a stuffy nose, back muscle aches, or feeling lightheaded, especially if you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about the evidence: this is only seen in test tubes and animals, not in real people, so it's a theoretical concern rather than a proven one. Casual or food-level amounts are unlikely to matter much, but before adding a concentrated peony supplement, run it by your pharmacist or doctor.
