Your Entadfi capsule pairs finasteride (for an enlarged prostate) with tadalafil, which is the part that matters here. Tadalafil works by relaxing blood vessels, and hawthorn is thought to do something similar. In theory, taking both could add up and drop your blood pressure more than expected. That might leave you feeling lightheaded, dizzy, flushed, headachy, or like you could faint, especially when you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about the evidence: this is a theoretical concern based on how each one works, not proven in studies. Still, since the potential effect is on blood pressure, it is worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding hawthorn. Please don't stop or change Entadfi on your own.
