Here's the gist for these two together. Bepridil is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes your blood vessels and eases the heart's workload, which lowers blood pressure. Hawthorn, in supplement form, may gently do some of the same thing by widening blood vessels. Stack them and those effects can add up, so the worry is your pressure dropping more than expected.

What that might feel like is dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint when you stand up, or unusual tiredness. I'll be honest with you though, this concern is mostly theoretical, based on how the two work rather than strong studies. Food amounts of hawthorn aren't really the issue, concentrated supplements are. Before adding hawthorn, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
