Demecarium (Humorsol) is a strong cholinergic eye medicine. It works by blocking the breakdown of acetylcholine, a nerve signaling chemical, which raises its levels. Phosphatidylserine is thought to nudge acetylcholine levels up as well. So in theory, using both could stack those effects and give you a little more cholinergic activity than expected.

I want to be clear that this is a theoretical concern built on weak evidence, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, if you notice things like watery or stinging eyes, blurry vision, brow ache, drooling, sweating, or stomach cramps, mention it. Don't start or stop either one on your own. A quick chat with your pharmacist or eye doctor is the safest move.
