Theoretically, rice bran arabinoxylan compound might interfere with immunosuppressants by stimulating the immune system. In laboratory and human research, rice bran arabinoxylan compound has been shown to stimulate the activity of immune cells.
Some immunosuppressants include azathioprine (Imuran), basiliximab (Simulect), cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune), daclizumab (Zenapax), muromonab-CD3 (OKT3, Orthoclone OKT3), mycophenolate (CellCept), tacrolimus (FK506, Prograf), sirolimus (Rapamune), prednisone (Deltasone, Orasone), corticosteroids (glucocorticoids), and others.

Here's the idea behind this pairing. Glatiramer (Copaxone) works by calming and redirecting your immune system so it stops attacking the protective coating around your nerves. Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound is sold as an immune booster, and in lab and small human studies it seemed to rev up certain immune cells. So in theory, the supplement could push your immune system in the opposite direction from what Copaxone is trying to do, which might blunt how well it controls your MS.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on how each works, not on real-world reports of the two clashing. Copaxone isn't a prodrug and isn't broken down by your liver enzymes, so there's no metabolism issue here. Still, since you're managing MS, I'd run this supplement by your neurologist or pharmacist before starting it.
