Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound and Amphetamine
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Amphetamine and Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Why No Interaction Is Listed for Amphetamine
Interactions in our licensed database are recorded against drug classes, not just single drug names. Amphetamine is filed under 6 classifications — including monoamine oxidase inhibitors (maois), amphetamines, stimulant drugs. Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound has documented interactions with 1 drug class — the most serious being immunosuppressants (moderate) — and none of Amphetamine’s classifications are among them.
Classification data comes from our licensed Natural Medicines dataset. A medication can belong to classes beyond those recorded there, so this describes how the check was run — it is not a safety guarantee.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Amphetamine page
“Amphetamine (Dyanavel XR, Adzenys ER, Mydayis) is a prescription stimulant, usually taken for ADHD, and its interaction list is one to approach with genuine care. Of the 130 supplements and herbal ingredients on file, 16 carry a major rating, and many of those work the same way, either inhibiting monoamine oxidase, as yohimbe does, or…”

- Support during cancer treatment

Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound (often sold under brand names like MGN-3 or BioBran) is a processed fiber from rice bran treated with mushroom enzymes, marketed mainly as an immune booster. Early small studies suggest it may affect certain immune cells, but high-quality human evidence is very limited, and it should never replace standard medical care. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially during cancer treatment.
