Here's the concern with this combo. Your tablet pairs acetaminophen (Tylenol) with chlorzoxazone, a muscle relaxant. Both of these are processed by the liver, and acetaminophen in particular can stress the liver if you take a lot of it. Syrian Rue has been linked to liver injury when people swallow large amounts of the seeds. So stacking the two could, in theory, add up to extra strain on your liver.

I want to be honest: this worry is mostly based on how these things work, not solid human studies, and the liver cases came from eating very large quantities of seeds. Still, please don't combine them without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first, and watch for yellowing skin, dark urine, or right-side belly pain.
