Here's the thing to know about pairing Syrian Rue with flucloxacillin: the concern is about your liver, not about the antibiotic being made stronger or weaker. Flucloxacillin already carries a known (though uncommon) risk of liver irritation, sometimes showing up as yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, itching, or belly pain. Syrian Rue in large amounts has been linked to liver injury too, so stacking the two could theoretically add extra strain.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical worry based on how these things behave, and the reported liver cases came from people swallowing very large quantities of the seeds (up to 100 grams). Still, since flucloxacillin can affect the liver on its own, I'd skip the Syrian Rue and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
