Here's the thing to know about combining thymus extract with Tositumomab (Bexxar). This isn't a chemical clash where one changes how the other is broken down. Instead, the concern is about infection. Tositumomab is a cancer treatment that works against certain immune cells, and it can lower your white blood cell counts, which weakens your ability to fight off germs.

Thymus extract comes from raw animal (bovine) thymus glands, so there's a real worry it could carry bacteria or other contaminants. For someone whose immune defenses are already knocked down by Tositumomab, even a small exposure could turn into a serious infection. This caution is based on theory, not hard outcome studies, but I'd treat it seriously. Please check with your oncologist or pharmacist before using any thymus product.
