Here's the gist with Robaxacet (acetaminophen plus methocarbamol) and valerian. Your body partly clears acetaminophen through a process called glucuronidation. In test tube studies, valerian seemed to slow down some of those clearing enzymes a little. In theory, that could let acetaminophen levels nudge up a bit. On top of that, both methocarbamol and valerian can have a calming, drowsy effect, so taken together you might feel sleepier or more foggy than expected.

The honest truth is this glucuronidation concern comes only from lab data, not from people, so it's a weak, theoretical signal. The bigger practical issue is doubling up on drowsiness. If you'd like to use both, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, and don't drive until you know how you feel.
