Sonidegib Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Vitamin E interacts with.

Theoretically, vitamin E might induce metabolism of CYP3A4, possibly reducing the levels CYP3A4 substrates.
Vitamin E appears to bind with the nuclear receptor, pregnane X receptor (PXR), which results in increased expression of CYP3A4. Although the clinical significance of this is not known, use caution when considering concomitant use of vitamin E and other drugs affected by these enzymes.

Here's the gist with Odomzo (sonidegib) and vitamin E. Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break sonidegib down. In lab-based thinking, high-dose vitamin E may gently nudge that enzyme to work a bit faster. If that happens, your body could clear sonidegib a little more quickly, which might lower its levels and, in theory, make it less effective at controlling your basal cell carcinoma.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is theoretical, based on how the chemicals behave, not on real patient outcomes. Everyday food amounts of vitamin E are very unlikely to matter. Concentrated high-dose supplements are where I'd pause. Since sonidegib is a serious cancer therapy, please check with your oncologist or pharmacist before adding vitamin E so nothing undercuts your treatment.
