Sonidegib Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafanil might reduce levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to weakly induce CYP3A4 activity.

Here's the gist for Odomzo (sonidegib). Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break it down. Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your body, and modafinil can mildly speed up that same enzyme. In theory, that could clear sonidegib out a little faster and leave less of it working against your basal cell carcinoma, which matters when you're counting on it to slow or shrink a tumor.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave, not something proven in real patients. Still, with a cancer therapy you don't want to gamble on weaker effect. Please loop in your oncologist or pharmacist before pairing these, and don't change anything on your own.
