Here's the short version: both wild carrot and clomipramine can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so using them together might add up and leave you more prone to sunburn. Clomipramine on its own is already known to cause this kind of light sensitivity, and certain compounds in wild carrot (especially in the seeds and oils) can do the same. The concern is just that the two could stack.

I'll be honest with you, this is a theoretical caution based on how these compounds behave, not something proven in real patients. So don't panic. Just be smart about sun protection: wear sunscreen, cover up, and limit long sun exposure. If you notice you're burning faster than usual, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

Clomipramine — sold as Anafranil and under the generic name Clomipramine Hydrochloride — is approved to treat obsessions and compulsions in people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). This includes adults and children/adolescents ages 10 to 17.

To qualify for treatment, the obsessions or compulsions must cause significant distress, take up a lot of time, or noticeably interfere with work, school, or social life.
