Here's the simple version: Trovafloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and one of the well-known quirks of this drug family is that it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. That means you can sunburn faster or more severely than usual, even on a day that wouldn't normally bother you. Wild carrot contains plant compounds that may add a little to that sun sensitivity, so using both together could, in theory, stack the effect.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this concern is based on pharmacology and traditional use, not solid human studies, so it's more of a precaution than a proven problem. To be safe, use sunscreen, cover up, and limit strong midday sun while on this antibiotic. If you'd like, run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
