Atropine, morphine sulfate falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Zizyphus interacts with.

Theoretically, zizyphus might cause additive sedative effects when taken with CNS depressants.
Some animal research has found that various parts of zizyphus have sedative effects. However, other animal research shows that zizyphus plant extract does not alter sleep parameters when used in combination with pentobarbital.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with this combo. The morphine part of this medication is an opioid, and opioids already cause drowsiness, slowed breathing, and a foggy, sleepy feeling. Zizyphus (jujube) has a traditional reputation as a calming, sleep-promoting remedy, so the worry is simply that the two could pile on top of each other and leave you more sedated than you expected.

I want to be honest about how solid this is: it's a theoretical concern based mostly on animal studies, and the results have even been mixed. Food amounts of the fruit are very unlikely to cause trouble. A concentrated supplement is the bigger question. Since morphine is a serious medicine, please run any jujube supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
