Estrogen falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Zizyphus interacts with.

Theoretically, zizyphus might decrease the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
Animal research shows that zizyphus induces CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your estrogen therapy. Your body partly clears estrogen using a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In animal studies, zizyphus seems to speed that enzyme up. If the same thing happened in people, your body could break down estrogen a little faster, which might lower its levels and make it work less well.

In real terms, that could mean your menopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness) creep back, or your bone protection slips. But honestly, this is theoretical, based only on lab and animal work and never confirmed in humans. Eating jujube fruit as food is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated supplements are the bigger question mark, so just check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting one.
