Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine, Chlorpheniramine falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Zizyphus interacts with.

Theoretically, zizyphus might cause additive sedative effects when taken with CNS depressants.
Some animal research has found that various parts of zizyphus have sedative effects. However, other animal research shows that zizyphus plant extract does not alter sleep parameters when used in combination with pentobarbital.

Here's the simple version: Zutripro already contains two ingredients that can make you drowsy, the hydrocodone (an opioid cough suppressant) and the chlorpheniramine (a sedating antihistamine). Zizyphus has traditionally been used as a calming, sleep-promoting remedy, so the concern is that it could add to that sleepiness. You might notice more grogginess, dizziness, slowed thinking, or feeling extra sluggish.

To be fair, this is a theoretical worry. It's based mostly on animal studies, and even those results are mixed, so we don't have solid human proof it happens. Food-amounts of jujube fruit are very unlikely to matter, but a concentrated supplement is the bigger question mark. Just run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially before driving.
