Oxazepam falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Zizyphus interacts with.

Theoretically, zizyphus might cause additive sedative effects when taken with CNS depressants.
Some animal research has found that various parts of zizyphus have sedative effects. However, other animal research shows that zizyphus plant extract does not alter sleep parameters when used in combination with pentobarbital.

Here's the simple version: oxazepam (Serax) is a benzodiazepine, so its whole job is to calm and slow down brain activity. Zizyphus (jujube) has traditionally been used as a relaxing, sleep-promoting remedy, and some animal studies suggest a few of its plant compounds may have a mild sedative effect. Put the two together and the worry is that they could add up, leaving you more drowsy, foggy, dizzy, or unsteady than the oxazepam alone.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical concern. It's based on lab and animal work, not strong human studies, and one study even found no extra sedation. Eating jujube fruit as food is unlikely to matter, but concentrated supplements are a different story. Before combining them, just check with your pharmacist or doctor.
